1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the operator of the ArtHub.space online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") when purchasing goods through the online store available at arthub.space.

By confirming an order, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders and Contract Conclusion

Orders can be placed through the e-shop interface.
The purchase contract is concluded once the Seller confirms the order by email.
The Seller reserves the right to reject an order in justified cases, especially in the event of an obvious pricing error or unavailability of goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on the website are final and include VAT.

The Buyer may pay using:

• Online card payment
• Bank transfer
• Other methods listed in the order process

An invoice serves as both a purchase receipt and a tax document.

4. Delivery

Goods are shipped via delivery services to the address provided in the order.
Delivery time is typically 7–10 business days after payment confirmation.

The Buyer must check the shipment immediately upon receipt and report any damage according to the return and claims policy below.

5. Returns and Withdrawal from the Contract

The Buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Before returning the goods, please contact us at info@arthub.space, stating your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will send you instructions on how to safely return the product.
Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and securely packaged.
In the event of damaged or incorrect goods, compensation will be handled individually upon receipt of supporting photographs.

6. Claims and Warranty

The Buyer is entitled to make a claim in accordance with the Czech Civil Code.
The standard warranty period is 24 months, unless stated otherwise (for example, for unique original artworks that cannot be replaced).
For approved claims, the Buyer is entitled to repair, replacement, or an appropriate price reduction.

7. Personal Data Protection

The operator of ArtHub.space processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Czech Personal Data Processing Act (No. 110/2019 Coll.).

These Terms and Conditions are valid from April 1, 2024.

The Seller reserves the right to update them at any time.
The latest version is always published on the website of the online store.
