We are the company ArtHub.

We operate an e-shop on the website arthub.space.

For the purposes of providing sales of our products and operating our website, we process certain personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").

I. Processing of personal data

a. Processing of personal data in case of using a contact form

If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact information that you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. These include: name, surname, email address, phone number.

For what reason?
We will contact you through them for further arrangements regarding goods and services.

On what legal basis?
This is processing based on Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR - performance of a contract, or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.

How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 5 years from our last communication.

b. Processing of personal data in case of purchase

If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the data you provide to us. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, address, email address, phone number.

For what reason?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract - deliver our goods to you. We will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, possible complaints, or questions.

We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, as well as for handling complaints and others).

On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing based on Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR - performance of a contract and Art. 6 (1) c) GDPR - compliance with our legal obligation.

c. Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you are a customer and have not unsubscribed during purchase, we will use your email address for sending our updates.

On what legal basis?
This is allowed by Section 7 (3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you have unsubscribed during purchase.

II. Who will have access to the data?

Your data will stay with us. However, some companies work for us and have access to the data because they help us operate our e-shop. These include:
• Operator of the e-shop platform Shopify (company Shopify, with registered office at 151 O'Connor Street, Ground floor, Ottawa, ON, K2P 2L8)
• Companies involved in the shipment of goods
• Companies involved in payment processing
• Provider of email service

III. Use of cookie files

IV. Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data

The GDPR Regulation gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process, request access to this data, and have it updated or corrected by us, or request a restriction of processing, you may request a copy of the processed personal data, demand in certain situations the erasure of personal data, and in certain cases, you have the right to data portability. Objection can be raised against processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe that we are not handling the data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or to bring your claims to court.

These terms will be effective from 1 April 2024.
