Return of goods

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first at info@arthub.space, providing your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to safely return the item. For any questions regarding returns, feel free to contact us at the same address.

Damaged goods
Please check your package immediately upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, take photos before unpacking. If the product itself is damaged, send us photos at info@arthub.space. Compensation for damaged or faulty items will be handled individually after prior agreement. The same applies if you receive the wrong item.

The cost of returning goods is covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed individually.
